Thanks for the yoga class Wednesday evening. You mentioned that the class was a bit different than some of yours and I think you said something about wanting feedback? Ok, here it is: It was very effective for me, and the next day (yesterday), I felt really good and better than many other recent days – alert, clear-headed, body felt better in a bunch of ways. And my shoulder seems to be gradually improving, too. Thanks.
