February 8th; 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.
During this month’s Sacred Circle gathering, we will be contemplating A.H. Almaas and his discussion of The Theory of Holes, which is the second chapter from his book, The Unfolding Now. Sacred Circle is an interactive experience of reading and reflecting on the spiritual teachings together, self-inquiry, questions, and sharing if you wish to do so.
If you are interested in joining this Circle, which is devoted to elevating our personal and collective consciousness, please reach out to Wendy Brown for directions as well as to receive a scanned copy of the reading. email@example.com
Sometime during the Weekend of March 23-25th
MahaDevi Agostinelli will be returning from India and will lead Sacred Circle. MahaDevi Agostinelli is a spiritual teacher and has been a student of the Sacha lineage rooted in India for the past 12 years. She has been offering weekly Sacred Circles for 5 years in Harrisonburg Virginia working with many JMU college students and members of the community. The primary focus of her Sacred Circles is the contemplation of spiritual teachings which she feels is a lifeline to your True Nature.
(Sacred Circle is Donation based: suggested $10 – $20; however, do not allow the donation to deter you. Come if you feel pulled.)
I learned more in one yoga class with Wendy than I had in all the years I’d been struggling with yoga. Wendy teaches from the inside out, seamlessly weaving the physical, spiritual and emotional elements of yoga. Her supportive, strong, and gracious presence provides the space for her students to explore the power of yoga, providing instruction that guides the body’s action and also provides the body’s response allowing for full expression of the poses. Wendy encourages strength and vulnerability in her class while she lovingly holds the space so that one can explore, risk, and be open to the gifts of yoga.
